Subject: How much cocaine did Jerry smoke during setbreak??!!!!
That Eyes is fàst as hell and I'm not a fan of the "methamphetamines" speed of some of the years.... But Eyes of the World is and has always been one of my favorite Dead songs, especially the jazzy versions from late fall 1973

Subject: Bombs Away!
One my favorite shows of the period. The energy of the crowd was ridiculous, Jerry was sizzling and Phil was in full combat mode, dropping bombs like I've rarely experienced. The Morning Dew in particular was truly sick.

Subject: I need some help.
Could anyone send me a couple of MP3s or tell me how to get some of these boards I've been streaming on archive? I dont have my own computer. ( I will soon) Can music files be sent to my email? I know I must sound really fucking clueless...but I'm a late bloomer. I know I can download the audience recordings, but I'm picky about sound. I have a bunch of board quality tapes (JGB Little Feat, James Brown etc.) that Im in the process of having friends convert to CD, then ultimately upload and share.... Can someone point me in the right direction? There are many shows out there that I MUST have ... I have a 3,000 mile drive ahead of me. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Bill

Subject: This is hot '85 Dead
This show is classic in it's spacey and meandering jams of 1985. Listen to the post jam on estimated..bobby screams and the sound is in 'fader' mode or something and his voice has an erie echo effect that is certain to trip out all those in attendance and those of you who listen.
Great estimated> eyes and the morning dew, while tiresome at times, is inspired and each lick is perfectly if not extemporanously played.

Nice show. 4 stars!

Subject: Excellent Quality SBD, SMOKIN' Sugaree
Jerry's playing is so right on. I am almost done listening to all of '85 that's on the archive and this could be the best Sugaree of the year.

Both of these are great, the highlights of the show for me. Just lovely. Jerry's voice has suffered a lot since the end fall tour back east (also noteworthy are 11-2 and 11-11) but his playing more than compensates.

The second set doesn't do a lot for me, but it's more than worth a listen or five.
